Certified training for judicial experts wishing to integrate conciliation into their practice. How to combine technical expertise and dialogue facilitation? How to lead parties to an amicable agreement within a judicial expertise? How to write a conciliation report?
Established by the law of 19 December 2023 (art. 734/1 to 734/4 Belgian Judicial Code) and progressively generalised since 1 September 2025, the Amicable Settlement Chambers are transforming the Belgian judicial landscape. This training covers the legal framework, practical operation, referral criteria and articulation with mediation.
Belgian municipalities are on the front line of citizen conflicts: neighbourhood, public space use, community tensions, proximity disputes. This training, notably tested at Saint-Gilles Town Hall, equips elected officials and agents to identify, direct and sometimes handle these situations before they escalate.
Public bodies face increasing numbers of disputes: public procurement, users, staff, private partners. This training presents all available amicable routes (mediation, conciliation, CRA, amicable expertise) and helps choose the right route depending on the situation. Practical approach, oriented towards public decision-makers.
Business conflicts cost much more than their simple legal handling: time, energy, relationships, image. This training, notably led by our co-president business owner and commercial court judge, helps recognise weak signals, prevent escalation and choose the right resolution route when conflict emerges (internal mediation, external, CRA, proceedings).
